What dose should I choose?
In adults, the usual recommended dose is ½ to 1 tablet taken orally once per day.
In pregnant women with iron deficiency, the usual recommended dose is 1-3 tablets taken orally once or in divided doses every day.
If you skip a dose by any chance, take it as soon as you remember. Skip the already missed dose if it’s almost time for the next one. Do not double the dose.
