2.1 About our service

Ahmed Medico is a digital healthcare company that allows the purchase of medicines (both prescription and over-the-counter) using their digital platforms, which include a website and apps, as well as their licenced pharmacy. The following are the types of services offered by ahmedmedico.pk:

1. Consultation via the internet

Our team of certified doctors and licenced pharmacists are here to offer you with advice on any health issue you may be experiencing.

2. Online prescription

Based on the symptoms identified and medical history supplied, our certified doctors will write a prescription for you. A prescription can be used to buy drugs from a licenced online pharmacy with the same prescription.

3. Medicine delivery

Both over-the-counter (OTC) and prescription treatments are available. You can get your medications online and have them delivered to your home or office in Pakistan. You can also order your meds online and pick them up in store.

2.2 When using our website you confirm the following:

1. You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract with ahmedmedico.pk.

5. Sale of prescription drugs:

Many of the drugs on this site cannot be purchased without a valid prescription. To obtain prescription medications, you must show proof that they were recommended by your healthcare provider. Our riders will not hand over the drug unless they have a legitimate prescription. The prescription must be current, legitimate, and include the following information:

1. The name of the doctor.
2. Your area of expertise.
3. Practice/hospital name and location.

At the time of ordering, your prescription can be sent to us or submitted straight to the website.

We are also legally and professionally obligated not to exceed a permissible limit on the amount of drugs we supply. If we reject your order for any reason or decide not to deliver a medicine owing to potential abuse, the company is not responsible to you.

6. Pricing and payment:

All prices on ahmedmedico.pk are in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and include all taxes. You will, however, be charged delivery fees based on your delivery destination and service.
There are four payment options available to you:

7. Order Confirmation:

Your order is confirmed after you receive an email confirmation that it has been received after you have placed it on our website. You are obligated to pay the due sum when the medicine(s) is/are delivered to you at the address specified once the transaction has been confirmed. If you refuse, the corporation is legally obligated to take proper action against you in order to recover the outstanding sum as well as all damages.

8. Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

You can only cancel your order before it leaves for delivery once it has been confirmed. You will no longer be able to cancel your order after you receive an email stating that it has been sent.

Returns policy:

We do not accept returns of medicines we have dispatched since we cannot guarantee that their quality has not been damaged once they have left our pharmacy.

However, you are entitled to a refund or replacement from Ahmed Medico if the drug is damaged, expired, or delivered incorrectly. Before returning your prescriptions, however, you must notify us and provide documentation and grounds for your return. Only when we have authorised the return of your drugs can you begin the process of returning them to us.

Refunds Policy:

If you cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy, you will get a full refund within 7 working days of receiving an email confirming your refund.
