What dose should I choose?
For the treatment of seizures in adults, the usual dose is 10-15 mg/kg of body weight taken orally in a single dose or divided doses.
For the treatment of manic episodes associated with bipolar disorder in adults, the usual dose is 3 tablets taken orally in divided doses.
For the prevention of migraine headaches in adults, the usual dose is 1 tablet taken orally twice per day for a week.
In children dose is calculated as per the body weight.
