It contains three different active ingredients, which are Ammonium Chloride, Ephedrine Hcl, and Chlorpheniramine Maleate. The first component of Reltus 120ml, Ammonium Chloride, is an inorganic component that works by increasing the hydrogen ion amount. The second component of Reltus 120ml, Ephedrine Hcl, is a sympathomimetic agent and works by causing indirect and direct effects on adrenergic receptors. Chlorpheniramine Maleate is a type of antihistamine that, just like other antihistamines, works by inhibiting the action of histamine, a chemical responsible for allergy symptoms.
